Introduction
Hello, I’m Colin, founder of Plemstall Consulting. I’ve spent over 25 years helping organisations deliver Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence to businesses (or whatever you wish to call it!) We cut waste, fix processes, and build the discipline to keep improving after I’ve left.
I set up Plemstall in 2003, working from Lancashire in the UK but taking on clients across sectors including financial services, aviation, healthcare, energy and manufacturing, with locations from Hull to Hong Kong. I hold an MSc in Physics, Chartered Physicist status, and Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification. Alongside consulting, I train and certify Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt and Master Black Belt. We also train and assess Level 4, 5 and 6 Improvement Practitioner apprenticeships in the UK. Our key aim is to deliver training, coaching and mentoring for people building the same skills that modern businesses require.
