The Plemstall Consulting Six Sigma Green Belt training course covers the key and advanced process and statistical improvement tools. Green Belt training is often for people running small to medium size projects or who become a central team member on large end-to-end projects.
You will understand the concepts used to collect critical information on processes and support other Green Belts in gaining knowledge and experience in problem-solving processes. Everyone’s understanding of the process is an integral part of the improvement methodology.
Plemstall Consulting Six Sigma Green Belt students can deliver medium-sized improvement projects and/or contribute to a business by playing a supportive role in the larger business improvement programme
Green Belt is not a prerequisite for Black Belt, you may enrol directly in the Black Belt training course if you expect to lead large size projects. However our advice is to undertake the Green Belt course and then undertake a Green to Black belt upgrade course. This is the best way to embed and learn the methodology

Participants in this class will become familiar with the fundamental tools associated with Six Sigma road map. The goal of the Green Belt training is to give students the necessary tools required to become a valuable contributor to an organisation’s larger goals and objectives

- Undertake problem-solving using the DMAIC methodology
- Lead problem-solving teams and deliver medium-sized improvement projects
- Use of data driven soloutions and basic graphical analysis.
- Select and utilise correctly each of a variety Lean Six Sigma tools
