Root Cause Analysis

The Plemstall Consulting Root Cause Analysis course is designed to provide a working understanding of the application of a standard problem solving methodology that can be used in manufacturing and transactional environments. Delegates will practice problem solving in scenarios crafted around an extensive case study. The mixture of tutorial and practical exercises is designed to allow delegates to return to their organisations and play a creative and effective part in a problem solving team or environment.
