Green Belt is not a prerequisite for Black Belt, you may enrol directly on the Six Sigma Black Belt training course if you expect to lead large size projects. However our advice is to undertake the Green Belt course and then undertake a Green to Black belt upgrade course. This is the best way to embed and learn the methodology
