Our Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma Courses are graded under a ‘belt’ system:
- Yellow Belt: At the end of a yellow belt course you will be able to deliver a small improvement project and have awareness of Six Sigma/Lean Six Sigma
- Green Belt: At the end of a green belt course you will be able to deliver a medium sized improvement project/support a larger project, with a focus on the use of tools and the application of DMAIC and lean principles
- Black Belt: Designed for full-time project leaders looking to deliver large end to end projects.
- Master Black Belt: For existing Black Belts with a minimum of two years of experience. You will be able to teach Six Sigma/Lean Six Sigma and deploy the principles within your business.
