How Does Minitab Work?
So how does it work? This software uses a series of elements to help Lean Six Sigma professionals work with data and statistics. For instance, it includes Pareto charts, boxplots, scatterplots, and histograms, and it provides the ability to calculate descriptive statistics.
Why Is It Needed?
Lean Six Sigma professionals are trained in the use of hard data. So why do they need software to accomplish their tasks? While they are skilled at interpreting data, software is vital to determining the real underlying cause of problems within a process, which makes problem-solving a much faster and easier process.
