The Plemstall Consulting Six Sigma Yellow Belt training course covers the key improvement tools. Yellow Belt training is often for subject matter experts (SME) who become a central team member on projects.
You will understand the concepts used to collect critical information on processes
and support other Yellow Belts in gaining knowledge and experience in problem-
solving processes. Everyone’s understanding of the process is an integral part of the
improvement methodology.
Plemstall Consulting Six Sigma Yellow Belt students can deliver small improvement projects and/or contribute to a business by playing a supportive role in the larger business
improvement programme.
Yellow Belt is not a prerequisite for Green Belt, you may enrol directly on the Green
Belt training course if you expect to lead medium size projects.
